Nike is running free group running sessions in London from August 2015 starting at Nike Town Oxford St, Covent Garden, White City, Stratford, Blue Water and Mile End, where you can choose a 5km, 7km or 10km route and also choose your pace.
They have women’s only runs and other runs open to everyone, as well as some HIIT (high intensity interval training) sprints and technical sessions.
The various meeting spots where runs start and finish include:
– Nike Town London at Oxford St
– Nike Store Covent Garden
– Nike Store Stratford
– Nike Store Westfield White city
– Mile End Park Stadium
– Nike Store Kings Road
Nike Town London’s Home Run Meeting Point
The main event I am trying out is Nike Town London’s Home Run which starts and finishes at the Nike Town London Store at Oxford St and Regent St.
The next runs are Tuesday 18th August 6.30pm and Tuesday 25th August 2015 at 6.30pm.
There are extra runs for everyone starting and finishing at the Nike Store Covent Garden on Wed 19th August and Wed 26th August at 6.30pm
Nike Run Club FAQ
When I registered it said:
– Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start time to check in.
– There will be bag drop upon arrival and water will be provided.
